Dallaglio Rugbyworks

Dallaglio RugbyWorks is a charity that harnesses sport as a catalyst for positive change. Focused on excluded youth, we instill vital life skills such as teamwork, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship, boosting their confidence and resilience. Simultaneously, our coaches provide mentorship and guide them towards education and employment with the support of our partnerships with businesses.

Despite rugby being our hook, we use a number of sports to engage our young people and show them the myriad of opportunities available to them. Dallaglio RugbyWorks is proud to introduce NFL Flag to existing participants in London and to help grow the sport this side of the pond.

We’ve received great feedback from young participants in London about NFL. The similarities between Rugby and NFL have developed a keen interest in our participants to find out and explore much more about the sport, and we are delighted to be a part of the programme.
